Claims
Vitamine D is een belangrijke vitamine voor vele lichaamsfuncties. Zo draagt het bij tot tot de normale opname van calcium en fosfor uit de voeding en verhoogt het de opname van kalk in de botten. Maar vitamine D draagt ook bij tot een normale werking van de spieren en tot het behoud van sterke tanden. Verder draagt het bij aan een normale celdeling en helpt het het (natuurlijk) immuunsysteem van de lichaamscellen. Vitamine D helpt om de risico's van vallen te verminderen, in verband met houdingsinstabiliteit en spierzwakte. Vallen is een risicofactor voor botbreuken bij mannen en vrouwen vanaf 60 jaar+.
Vitamine K helpt bij normale bloedstolling en is belangrijk voor de opname van mineralen / calcium in de botten en het botweefsel. Het draagt bij aan het behoud van sterke botten en is belangrijk voor de samenstelling van de botten.

Ingredienten
Gezuiverd water;oplosmiddel & zoetstof: glycerol (vegan); natuurlijke smaakstof: mint; emulgator: lecithine uit zonnebloem; plantaardige olie (MCT); plantaardige zoetstof: steviolglycoside (stevia); conserveermiddelen: d-alpha-tocopherolacetaat (vit. E) en kaliumsorbaat; vitamine K2 (MenaQ7); cholecalciferol (vitamine D3).
Gebruik
Voor het eerste gebruik - druk 4 tot 6 maal op het pompje om deze te activeren. Rustig schudden voor gebruik. Spray direct in de mondholte, 2 sprays, 4 maal daags. Elk buisje bevat ± 240 afgemeten sprays.

Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
