Speciaal afgestemd op GrillX cold smoke generators, is deze rookmot ideaal voor vis eb vlees. De subtiele zoetheid en lichte fruittonen van kersenhout verrijken iedere bereiding. Met een voorraad van 3 Liter kun je tot ongeveer zeven koudrook-sessies (ca. 60 uur rookontwikkeling) realiseren. Goed om te weten

Gebruik rookmot uitsluitend voor koud roken (≤ 30 °C) om ongewenste bittere smaken te voorkomen. Zorg bij gebruik voor goede ventilatie rondom je rookopstelling. Bewaar de rookmot droog en koel in de originele verpakking, uit de buurt van direct zonlicht, om vochtopname en schimmelvorming te vermijden.
