Bijzondere bodemstructuur voor Chateau du Trignon Viognier

Château du Triignon is al meer dan een eeuw een van de meest gerespecteerde wijndomeinen van de zuidelijke Rhône-vallei. Met aanzienlijke belangen in Gigondas, Rasteau, Sablet en andere vooraanstaande regio's van de Côtes-du-Rhône, hebben vijf opeenvolgende generaties van de familie Roux Château du Trignon stevig gevestigd als een eersteklas leverancier van krachtige, gestructureerde rode wijnen. En sinds de aankoop in 2007 door de familie Quiot van Domaine du Vieux Lazaret en Châteauneuf-du-Pape, is Château du Trignon even bedreven geworden in het produceren van boeiende witte wijnen. Viognier is een moeilijke druif om te kweken en een lastige wijn om te maken, maar in de handen van een deskundige wijnmaker is er geen betere witte wijn. Gelukkig weten Jerome Quiot en de mensen van Château du Trignon hoe ze Viognier moeten behandelen. De Viognier druif staat aangeplant op bodems van keien, gravel en kalksteen wat zorgt voor extra mooie aroma’s. De druif wordt heel vroeg in de ochtend geoogst, zodat hij zijn frisheid behoud. In de wijnmakerij aangekomen worden de druiven zorgvuldig geselecteerd om te zorgen dat alleen de beste druiven geperst worden. De fermentatie vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks en na de nodige rust wordt de wijn gebotteld.

Geniet van de frisse en lichte Viognier van Quiot

De Chateau du Trignon Viognier heeft een zachtgele kleur en vertoont een mooie neus met aroma’s van van anijs, witte perzik, abrikoos en gele appel. De smaken glijden mee met een vleugje venkel en voegen frisheid en balans toe aan de afdronk. Hoewel veel Viognier nogal zwaar kunnen zijn, vertoont deze wijn een lichtheid die hem behoorlijk verfrissend maakt. Heerlijk bij een risotto of om zo van te genieten.

Firstly your introduced to Huntyr you see her closed off hard core badass than towards the end you see the most subtle change and growth it’s amazing and the enemies to friends to lovers was just perfect, AND THE TWIST AT THE END GOT ME GOOD! You see one spicy scene the whole book but it doesn’t even MATTER BECAUSE THE BOOK WAS THAT GOOD. I’ve read 85 books in 2023-2024 so far and I’m pround to say this is my all time favorite. I’m so excited to read more of Emily Blackwoods books, this was my first time reading one of hers and I’m glad I did because HOLY!! Well done Emily well done

The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!
