Sendy Audio heeft het membraan in twee jaar ontwikkelingswerk geoptimaliseerd om een ​​ideaal compromis tussen stabiliteit en gewicht te bereiken. Het is gelukt om ze zo dun en licht te maken dat frequenties tot 40 kHz met hoge veerkracht en impulsiviteit geen probleem zijn voor de Peacock.

Quad-Former technologie wordt gebruikt voor de Peacock. De magnetostatische driver bestaat uit dubbele magneten plus dubbele spoelzijden op het membraan plus dubbele spoelen aan elke zijde van het membraan. Dit geeft het gevoel naar muziek te luisteren zoals in een levendig concert.

De behuizing zelf is nauwkeurig CNC-gefabriceerd en zorgt voor een trillingsvrije en optimale werkomgeving voor het membraan en de spoelen. De vergulde grill (24K) is een slim ontwerpelement en gaf de Peacock zijn naam omdat hij lijkt op een uitwaaierende pauwenstaart. Hij is omgeven door een netjes geschuurde, gelakte en gepolijste houten schaal, die elke Peacock een speciaal gevoel en uitstraling geeft. De oorkussens garanderen een zeer goed draagcomfort en zijn gemakkelijk verwisselbaar.

Bij de hoofdtelefoon wordt een ca. 2m lange, zeer hoogwaardige, getwiste kabel meegeleverd. De hoofdtelefoonaansluiting is ontworpen met een 4.4mm Pentaconn-stekker, die kan worden overgezet naan een 4-pins XLR of een 6.35mm jack met behulp van de meegeleverde adapters. Zo is het mogelijk om verbinding te maken met alle hoogwaardige hoofdtelefoonversterkers.
