Met waterdichte contacten en een vast kabelsysteem houdt deze set zowel vocht als vuil op afstand, wat zorgt voor een langdurige betrouwbaarheid, zelfs onder extreme rijomstandigheden. De schakelaar is speciaal ontworpen voor zware omgevingen en kan zowel verzonken als direct op het stuur met de bijbehorende beugel worden gemonteerd.
