Rosso intenso e brillante. Al naso si apre con eleganti note erbacee e di frutta rossa matura, arricchite da sfumature speziate e leggere note balsamiche. Il sorso è succoso e dinamico, con una bella tensione e un finale morbido e rilassato, che lascia emergere la componente fruttata e una piacevole dolcezza tannica. Un vino di corpo e carattere, che unisce energia e armonia.Ci piace perché è un rosso toscano dal profilo contemporaneo ma profondamente radicato nella tradizione. L’Amphiarao nasce da Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot e Sangiovese vinificati con cura artigianale e maturati per 12 mesi in anfore di terracotta imprunetine da 500 litri. Un metodo antico che permette al vino di respirare e affinarsi senza interferenze del legno, esaltando la purezza del frutto e la sincerità del terroir maremmano. Il risultato è un rosso autentico e vibrante, dove struttura e freschezza convivono in perfetto equilibrio, firmato da una delle realtà più storiche e visionarie della Toscana.
Perfetto con carni rosse alla griglia, pici al ragù di cinghiale o tagliata con funghi porcini. Ottimo anche con piatti di ispirazione mediterranea come agnello alle erbe aromatiche o parmigiana di melanzane. Ideale con formaggi semistagionati o in abbinamento a salumi toscani e crostoni rustici.
