The KIT6000AK is SuperPro's suspension bushing kit for the NC MX-5 Miata. Including a comprehensive range of bushing upgrades throughout the suspension to overhaul and improve the performance and responsiveness of your Miata or to form an ideal baseline for other suspension and handling upgrades. This kit includes select alignment-adjustable bushings. The kit will upgrade the design and materials over the OEM bushings for superior handling, greater responsiveness, and a massively extended service life - as well as optimizing front-end alignment around additional positive caster and the ability to fine tune and bring in additional negative camber. This kit also includes our higher-durometer rear differential mount bushing kit. Yes, I know what the label says. “European Car Formula.”
Yes, I put it in a 2002 Subaru WRX bugeye with an EJ257 block and EJ205 heads.
And yes—this oil absolutely slaps.
This engine is not stock, not delicate, and definitely not living an easy life. It sees spirited driving, boost, and the occasional questionable decision. After switching to Mobil 1 0W-40, cold starts are smoother, oil pressure is rock solid, and the motor just feels happier. No weird noises, no drama, no oil consumption surprises.
The viscosity is perfect for a performance Subaru build, especially if you’re running tighter tolerances or want strong protection under heat and load. It’s thick enough when hot, flows great when cold, and inspires confidence every time I turn the key.
Is it technically “European”? Sure.
Does my Subaru care? Not even a little.
If you’re running a built engine, turbo setup, or just want a proven, high-quality oil that punches above its weight, this stuff earns its reputation. My bugeye may not be European, but it’s living its best life on this oil.
Would absolutely buy again—passport not required.
