Hobart 84145 Description
Durable and corrosion resistant, the Hobart 84145 meat processor features a one-piece burnished aluminum housing. Its bowl, bowl cover, and knives can be removed without tools, and the unit can be shut off quickly with a simple pull/push switch. To reduce the risk of injury, its bowl cover is equipped with a safety interlock.
The Hobart 84145buffalo chopper's double knives and 14-inch-diameter bowl are constructed of stainless steel—a strong metal that resists rusting and denting. Its legs also are made of stainless steel and fitted with rubber feet to secure the unit in place during use. This unit operates with a 1⁄2-horsepower motor and does not include an attachment hub.

ALL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS SOLD WILL HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK ON ALL ITEMS AND BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
