加入鮮榨檸檬汁及新鮮檸檬皮碎做成的芝士忌廉，配上三層軟滑濕潤的戚風蛋糕，口感酸酸甜甜，清新而不膩。蛋糕面層放上烘烤過的檸檬乾及香草作裝飾。

蛋糕存放 STORAGE
取蛋糕後建議於半小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)並於當天享用，切勿於室溫下存放超過 1 小時。請放入雪櫃最少半小時後才享用，口感更佳。
