Inspired by 18th Century French block printed wallpapers, this design of stylized foliage is reminiscent of these early prints. Early wallpapers were printed one sheet at a time before roll paper was invented, and the design repeats, as does this pattern. This print is printed on handmade cotton paper on our 1910 Potter Proof Press one at a time from a hand carved cherry wood block. These are printed on 100% cotton paper from Khadi Papers in India, handmade from recycled garment industry offcuts. Read more about our materials.

Prints are hand printed on our Potter printing press from 1910 in our studio.

The illusion is in the shine. You can see from my photos that in certain light the wrinkles appear slightly diminished due to the shine but you can clearly see they are still there in the shadows. While this example is on my hand, I had the same results under my eyes and on my forehead. I let the product soak in for 5 minutes in these photos. On the upside it worked temporary wonders on my KP!
