The Magic Chef Commercial 38 in. gas convection oven is designed to thoroughly cook foods. The commercial convection oven will evenly cook all your restaurant/food service items. Cooking temperatures range from a low of 167° to a high of 563° to efficiently meet cooking needs. There are 4 heavy duty chrome-plated racks. 60-minute timer to conveniently alert the cook. Interior light provides easy viewing; and its porcelain interior is easy to clean.
