The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.190 in. mounting width ball with a .482 in. thru bolt hole. easy to assemble
sturdy
nice to look at
HOWEVER missing 2 stars for...
they are small and plugging in items such as my laptop cord made it bulky and always in my way.
if there was a middle shelf that would help with the small tops
if the outlet bar was on the side or under the top that would help with the bulky cord issue

Need Battery's

Good floating shelves. I mounted the light strip on the top instead of the bottom because they don't stick well. For the price I wish they came with a set of batteries for the pack and the remote. But over all sturdy and well made.
