Artist Statement

"The Orizaba Galaxy Ring...softly sculpted rocks, clustered together across a textured ring band. 

A formation of rocks, almost growing up off the band. 

Like sea-washed treasures, softly tumbled in the ocean and washed up on the shore. 

Featuring six Australian sapphires in stunning shades of blues, greens and yellows. 

Cast in place settings. Jewels set as if trapped within the face of the rocks and bursting through the surface of the metal.

Organic forms transformed into precious metal, creating such a unique and eye-catching piece for the wearer."
