How do we use this product?
We use a mix of delicious flax, sunflower and chia seeds which are a great natural source of protein and rich in omegas 3 & 6. The seeds make oatcakes more crunchy and so tasty that you can even eat them independently without a topping or try using them with your favorite dip or hummus.

Organic Wholegrain Oats (72%), Organic Brown Flaxseed, Organic Sunflower Seeds (6%), OatProtein, Organic Sustainable Palm Fruit Oil, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Chia Seeds (2%), Sea Salt, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate.
Manufactured on equipment that handles milk.
