The Borla(r) 140645BC is a Cat-Back(tm) exhaust system for the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks. The exhaust system is a direct bolt-on part for ease of installation. Specifically tuned for the 3.6L engine, our S-Type Cat-Back(tm) delivers a sportier sound and a more exciting driving experience without any drone. It features a 4" T-304 stainless steel Black Chrome exhaust tip. Using Borla(r) Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Bright Chrome is also available (PN 140645). For vehicles with Crew Cab and Long Bed (6' 2") 140.5" Wheelbase, add Extension Pipe 60570. Using Borla(r) Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. As you can expect from Borla(r), the exhaust is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and comes with a Million-Mile Warranty. Great fit for a 2005 Honda Element
These fit my 2005 Honda Element perfectly. Solved a small leak issue. I’ve had these installed for about one season so far (winter into summer) and they are still holding up.
The install is simple if you’re confident working on your power steering system.
