Made by hand in our small farm workshop by a team of 3. This is a new for spring 2024 design. Our first vegetable trug planter. THE MATERIALS: Built to last from 2” thick, builders grade timber. All wood is pressure treated at source. Built using materials hand selected for our business by local suppliers; We are proud to support other local businesses. Our suppliers know just how passionate we are about quality, so we are only sent the very best timber available. Each piece is fully quality checked before being used to ensure your product will stand the test of time. Even our screws are specified to last; Zinc plated for outdoor use, double countersunk and 5mm thick, they are durable, strong and provide a quality finish. THE SIZING The sizes to select are the largest external measurements, including the legs. Our veg trugs some in 3 different overall heights, 70cm, 90cm and 110cm. 70cm overall height - Large 30cm legs, 40cm depth, 40cm width 90cm overall height - X Large 50cm legs, 40cm depth, 40cm width 110cm overall height - XX Large 70cm legs, 40cm depth, 40cm width The legs can be extended to be longer upon request, get in touch for more information on this. Lengths do not include the small overhang of the topper (approx. 10mm on each edge). Legs are 5cm on each side of the planter. If you have a 90cm planter, the planter width will be 80cm to allow 10cm for the legs. If your length isn't available, get in touch for bespoke sizing. THE COLOURS Our vegetable trug is supplied in a two tone variation of painted dark oak with a natural, unpainted topper. Other paints are available on request - please message us to confirm this. All items sent via a tracked courier once constructed. For those in the highlands/NI/Islands please contact me before ordering for a postage quote.
