Built on Bel Air’s innovative reverse drag finisher (stream finishing) technology, the AutoHone moves media at high velocity to generate a powerful, high-energy “wave.” This delivers exceptional surface quality with repeatable results — even on complex geometries and hard-to-reach features.
Equipped with a six-axis robotic arm, the AutoHone allows infinite part orientation for complete and even processing. With cycle times up to 50–70x faster than traditional drag finishing, parts can be finished in as little as five seconds.
