Treffen Sie den Bauern

Dieser Tee kommt zu uns von Herrn Henta, einem Bio-Grüntee-Bauern in Kirishima. Herr Henta kennt sich gut mit Teepflanzensorten, auch Cultivars genannt, aus. Obwohl seine Farm eher kleiner ist, baut er acht verschiedene Arten von Teepflanzen an. Anschließend kann er diese Sorten zu verschiedenen Teemischungen kombinieren, um die perfekten Aromen zu erhalten.

Über den Bauernhof

Dieser Tee stammt aus der Stadt Kirishima, in der Nähe von Kagoshima. Die Farm, auf der dieser Tee angebaut wird, ist von dichtem Wald und einigen kleinen Bergen umgeben, was es zu einer sehr natürlichen und wunderschönen Umgebung für den Anbau von Bio-Grüntee macht.

Wie man es braut

Geben Sie 2 Gramm Matcha in eine Schüssel und gießen Sie dann 100–150 ml 160–175F Wasser hinein. Anschließend können Sie die Seiten der Schüssel abkratzen und mit dem Matcha-Schneebesen beginnen
