The DAX FIFTY50 Carbon Fiber Hard Hat is a full brim, carbon fiber reinforced resin hard hat offering a 6 point suspension system for superior comfort and impact protection. It features an innovative synthetic leather comfort dome and an over-sized ratcheting fitment dial that makes adjustment easy even while wearing gloves.

  • Perforated synthetic leather comfort dome with molded EVA foam insert for additional shock absorbing protection to the top of head
  • Oversized ratcheting fitment dial to adjust size, easy to grip and use with gloves on
  • Meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for Type 1, Class C.
  • Designed to offer outstanding protection in hot and dangerous industries, the DAX Hard hat shell has been tested to radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350˚ F (177˚ C).
  • Moisture-wicking foam backed microfiber liner reduces sweat build-up
  • 6 point suspension system for a secure, comfortable fit
  • Triple reinforced crown for superior impact protection

Hard Hat Weight

Our Carbon Fiber Hardhat Weighs in at an average 315 grams without suspension system. With suspension it weighs on an average of 460 grams.

Notices

Please note all DAX FIFTY50 Hard Hats use a special composite material to create the helmet’s front color. This process requires three panels and will show a subtle seam following the helmet’s contour to the brim grip. This is done by design and is not a flaw in the hard hat.

CSA Standard: This product currently does not carry the certification established by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

Hi-Visibility hard-hats may fade after extended periods of time in direct sunlight.

I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.
