Dose:
Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning:
- WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause congenital disabilities.

We reorder this item frequently. The cotton content is excellent and is thick. It doesn’t pull off easily. The quantity in the box is plenty to get our family of four through a month. If you have skin sensitivity, these are for you. We have sensitive skin in our family and have no concerns with this product.
