One of Chile's most exciting producers and pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking, Emiliana is constantly striving to reach the highest standards of sustainable agriculture in the world. Since 1998 this winery has been producing award-winning wines and is the first Chilean company to become Regenerative Organic Certified® - an international accreditation for regenerative organic agriculture.
The grapes are harvested during the night to take advantage of the lower temperatures and preserve their acidity and fruit flavours. After fermentation has finished, the wine is aged for 8 months – two thirds in French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel.
Taste guide: a classic Viognier floral nose with abundant apricots. Honey, white peach and a delicious drop of lemon curd on the palate.
