Each turn you roll a dice, and that triggers certain buildings in your city. You can spend your hard-earned cash to buy more businesses. These in turn stand a better chance of triggering to earn you money on future die rolls. It's a positive snowball, rolling down a hillside!The 5th Anniversary Edition Expansions Bundle sees Masao Suganuma's two popular add-on products together in one package. Beforehand, the Harbor and Millionaire's Row expansions were separate products. Now they're together under one roof... Harbor provides boats, sushi bars and an airport into the mix. (These are part of ten new establishments.) Meanwhile, Millionaire's Row introduces as many as thirteen new establishment cards. How about adding a winery, a moving company or a general store into your town? As well as adding variety, these also increase the depth of strategy in comparison to regular Machi Koro. You can play with either one of these into Machi Koro to also allow a fifth player to join in the fun. Or you could add in both expansions for a mega-game!The Machi Koro 5th Anniversary Expansions are of course compatible with Machi Koro 5th Anniversary Edition. The card sizes are larger than the earlier print run. Plastic coins are a notable upgrade compared to the cardboard chits from before.
