Follow the way of the dragon – with octaves upped, downed, distorted, and punched up – with the JHS Pedals Double Dragon Lo-Fi Octave Device! This all-analog octave pedal defiantly bends tradition in an era of pristine digital octave effects for an authentic look back toward a long legacy of chunky octave stompboxes. The Double Dragon is not a crystal-clear digital octave effect. The Double Dragon has a fiery spirit all its own for all you fans of broken-in, punched-up, rockin' octave stompboxes.

The JHS Double Dragon is the brand's very first octave effect. While octave reverbs are a trail tread by JHS before, they've never before taken on the realm of your classic MXR Blue Boxes, your Boss OC-2s, your EHX Micro-Synths. These simple, expressive, quirky, beefy octave and distortion effects have become favorites for plenty of rock guitarists across time. The Double Dragon sets out to do the same. Onboard octave down, up, and distortion effects all align for a faithful but fresh spin on analog octave effects.

Following in the tradition of classic octave and distortion effects, the JHS Double Dragon features two effect engines. The first, the Double Dragon's primary effect, is a chunky, octave-down effect perfect for single-note riffage, furious bass passages, wonky synthesizing – anything you can imagine. Once you have your octave-down engaged, you can turn to the Double Dragon's second footswitch: its octave-up distortion. Reminiscent of Octavia or Superfuzz octave fuzzes of generations past, the pedal's gritty, sputtering, octave-up distortion breaks the mold for a supplemental effect voice to your octave-down. Either octave effect is mixed in with its dedicated front-facing dial.

Together, these octave effects get to some truly quirky and charming places. At its core, the Double Dragon plays faithfully to classic, vintage analog stompboxes. It's not trying to track you perfectly, it's creating a unique playing and sonic experience the way imperfect, retro pedals would. Thick, fiery, even bordering on glitchy, the Double Dragon is sure to be irresistible for fans of classic alternative guitar tones and all the subharmonic debauchery they're known for. For cleanliness, the Double Dragon also features a dedicated wet/dry mix for placing your octave effects exactly where you want them.

Enter the dragon, unleash a fury of sub-octave fists with the JHS Double Dragon!

This was super easy to assemble, I didn’t even need any tools. It had plenty of room for my 46 current pairs of earrings, plus room for 18 more. It feels sturdy and isn’t outrageously over sized so it fit perfectly on top of my old jewelry box. The tray at the bottom is great too because now I can keep my rings and ear cuffs on display rather than try and stuff them on top of each other in the jewelry box.

Love it!
Color: Beige
Beautiful jewelry display that was super easy to put together! It’s big enough to hold my pieces while also being compact enough to not take up much space. It’s a very sturdy & stable piece that’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye. And the gold & cream color screams luxury!

Came packaged well. Took about 8 minutes to assemble. The quality of the jewelry holder is very nice and seems to be strong enough to hold my favorite bracelets. I love being ale to organize and visualize all of my choices for the day. Highly recommend this organizer.
