These all-inclusive TeraFlex Sport ST (Street & Trail) Suspensions Systems deliver true street & trail (ST) performance and capability in a dependable and maintenance-free package. With its Front Control Arm Sport Frame Brackets the 3.5" Sport ST3 Suspension System focuses on ride and handling. These direct bolt-on brackets restore caster on taller lifts for improved ride quality and reduced brake nosedive. TeraFlex Sport Frame Brackets are built to take a hit." The Front and Rear Track Bar Axle Brackets correct axle position to provide a more positive steering feel. Sport ST Suspension Systems feature lift coil springs bump stops and front sway bar quick disconnects optimized for stated lift height as well as tire and component clearance. Front Control Arm Sport Frame Brackets balance front caster and pinion angles to improve front suspension geometry on vehicles with 2.5-4.5" lifts. The Front and Rear Track Bar Axle Brackets improve steering response center the axles to optimize vehicle roll center and reduce body roll for unsurpassed handling. This results in a simple install and drive" bolt-on installation with no cutting welding or alignment required. These maintenance-free suspension systems provide superior on-road ride quality and comfort with maximum off-road flex. TeraFlex suspension systems provide reduced noise vibration and harshness (NVH). Sport ST Suspension Systems can be installed on Friday wheeled on Saturday and driven to church on Sunday! Does NOT include shocks. We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks. Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex lift coil springs have been engineered together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. This book came recommended by a very hospitable friend. I'm almost done reading and wanted to drop by here to leave a positive review.
Lots of good useful ideas in this book and it has an engaging writing style. I think the author is specifically gifted in the area of hospitality - not everyone can live like she and her family do, but there are a lot of practical tips if you're hoping to grow in that area of your life.

Hospitality is the Most Important Thing
Format: Hardcover
The author does an excellent job making a case for how important and underrated hospitality is to a hurting world. She captures my attention instantly with her story about her neighbor Hank. She leaves me hanging through a couple of chapters before I get more details about his story.
I almost put down the book permanently when she gets on her high religious horse. I suspect she and I would disagree about some of our theology. And I didn't need to be persuaded, so those chapters weren't written for me. If you skim (or skip) that beginning section, it's well worth the practical ideas for how to open up your own home and life in hospitality.
A great challenge that I shall take up. May all our neighbors become friends and our friends become family.

Didn't Notice Difference
The taste is actually pretty good, honestly it's more like a treat than a supplement... but I haven't noticed any significant changes after going through the entire bottle. They didn't cause any upset stomach or side effects, which is a plus, but the overall benefits feel negligible.
