1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, and lights).
2-year warranty on the bike frame.
Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, spokes, freewheel, tyre puncture etc) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case-by-case basis within the first 6 months.
Our bikes are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

NOTES:
In order to ensure our high-quality standard, our bicycles are subjected to a functional test at the factory. This can lead to dust deposits on the tyres and the seat post. Our bikes are only delivered pre-assembled, a final fine adjustment and inspection by the buyer or a third party is necessary (costs incurred for this cannot be covered). Before riding, please check all screws for strength and carry out a fine adjustment of the gears and brakes. Check the tyre pressure. Depending on the bicycle model, the final assembly and inspection of the components should take between 60 and 90 minutes.

The laws around the use of scooters/e-bikes on public lands, roads and areas vary from state to state.

Good quality office chair with movable arms

This chair was relatively easy to put together. After unboxing and laying out all of the parts, my husband and I built it in 22 minutes. We noticed how the instructions have you put the tilt mechanism bracket on after putting the back and arms on. Another chair we built was the opposite, which made attaching it to the base actually easier. That way just made more sense.
This way, you put the back and seat together using the arms, then you attach the tilt mechanism to the bottom of the seat, but the seat is at an angle when you do this. Then you lift the whole chair and place it down onto the legs. I'm glad there were two of us to do that part. We also noticed one of the holes for screwing in the arm bracket was not lined in metal like the rest of them were. It still worked, though.
It does rock a bit back and forth. The height adjusting rod also locks the chair in place for when you don't want the chair to lean back. There is a knob underneath that allows you to loosen or tighten how much it moves when you lean back or rock.
The material is faux leather. It looks like real leather and feels pretty good. This makes it easy to clean. The arms can be raised level with the back of the chair to make it easy to slide out of the side of the chair. Overall this chair has a pretty classic look to it and is comfortable to sit in. It even has some lumbar support.
The way the back of the chair and the seat of the chair connect together leaves a little bit of a gap. Nothing major, but you could lose coins or keys through the gaps between the cushions. If you have a cat, this would be a great way for them to poke their paws through and say hello.

This is a nice office chair. All of the features work as stated. I would say the seat is slightly more firm than I prefer, but comfort is subjective. The pleather is soft and I like that the arm rests fold out of the way.

This Marsail Executive Office Chair Is Excellent For A Comfortable And Polished Desk Setup

This Marsail executive office chair is excellent, and it brings together comfort, support and a clean professional look in a very practical way. The PU leather has a smooth, polished presence that suits a desk chair well without looking overly bulky. I appreciate that the design includes flip-up armrests, a height-adjustable seat, swivel movement and rolling mobility in one complete chair. The cushioning gives the chair a substantial seated feel, while the back design adds support without making the chair look heavy. It is an office chair that feels thoughtfully built for daily desk work, focused tasks and general seated comfort.
The chair arrived securely protected and in very good condition, with the main parts kept in place well through transit. The PU leather surfaces looked clean, smooth and free from distracting marks when unpacked. The base, wheels, armrests, backrest and hardware all appeared properly finished and ready for assembly. Nothing about the chair parts looked loose, flimsy or poorly handled when it arrived. The included components were organized.
The appearance of this chair is one of its strongest qualities because it has a dark, sleek and professional style. The chair fabric gives it a refined executive look, while the breathable mesh center keeps the backrest from appearing too solid or oversized. The flip-up armrests blend into the design nicely and add a cleaner profile when raised. The chair has a balanced shape, with a supportive back, plush seat and wide base that all work together visually. Comfortable for daily use!

After using this chair for work and general desk time, I think it does a nice job balancing comfort, adjustability, and overall build quality without feeling overly bulky or cheap. It feels designed for people who spend long stretches at a desk and want something supportive but still comfortable enough to relax in occasionally.
Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear, the hardware was organized well, and all the holes lined up properly during setup. I put it together by myself in around 20 minutes without needing extra tools. Once assembled, the chair immediately felt sturdy and stable rather than wobbly.
The overall quality is solid for this price range. The PU leather has a soft feel and doesn’t have the stiff plastic-like texture some office chairs use. The stitching looks clean, the armrests feel secure, and the rolling base moves smoothly across the floor. The chair also feels durable overall, especially around the frame and base where cheaper chairs sometimes feel weak or shaky after a few weeks of use.
It's very comfortable. The seat cushion is thick and supportive without feeling overly hard, and it stays comfortable during long work sessions. I’ve spent multiple hours at a time sitting in it without constantly adjusting positions or feeling pressure points. The mesh section in the backrest also helps airflow a bit, which keeps it from feeling too hot during extended use.
The lumbar support is great. The backrest naturally follows the curve of your spine and provides good lower back support while still feeling relaxed enough for casual sitting. I also liked the higher back design since it supports the upper back and shoulders well during longer periods at the desk.
