The rear uses a high-strength steel lift block, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

- Mega Cab with 8-bolt transmission (Aisin) requires BDS122409 DEF relocation kit.
- Vehicles equipped with a manual t-case require BDS122423 manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 carrier bearing drop.
