Get the best in under vehicle protection with Trail Armor's full skid plate set for the 2017 - 2023 Polaris General 4 1000 and General XP 4 1000 (all editions). 

Available in TRIMMED and STANDARD Sliders.  Made from our own custom blend of ultra high molecular weight polymer, these 1/2" plastic skids are lighter than most traditional metal/aluminum skid plates (see specs below) and because they have no "impact memory", they absorb shocks to the bottom of your vehicle without the dents, galling and corrosion of metal/aluminum skids. Trail Armor was the first in the industry to design skids with the formed leading edges (front and rear) featured on our skid plates. These leading edges protect vulnerable frame edges and wheel wells from blunt edge impacts and act as a starting edge to slide over obstacles without the resistance and drag of metal skid plates.

Compare Trail Armor's skid set coverage with other skid manufacturer's like items - their slider nerfs are either sold separately or the bottom skid coverage ends before the rocker panel, leaving this part of your vehicle unprotected. Some competitors skids do not even cover the front differential area at all! Trail Armor's trimmed sliders include side panels which extend approximately 1/2" past the bottom of the rocker panel giving you complete under body protection without the additional cost.

The standard sliders roll up the side of the vehicle to act as a nerf bar, protecting the side rocker panels as well as the bottom.  Skid plates come in easy to install panels that cover the full length and breadth of the vehicle, including the front and rear differential.

Another industry first, Trail Armor's lap jointed panels create a continuous single smooth sliding surface - not stacked like other manufacturers skids with hard edges to create a catch point. Access holes to service points and oil drains make maintenance a breeze. Strategically placed drain holes allow dirt and debris to wash out - you don't have to remove them to clean out the belly your vehicle. However, if needed, individual panels may be removed to access different areas without removing the entire skid plate. Recessed mounting holes protect fasteners from damaging blows and keeping all bolt heads from protruding the skid's surface. All kits come with corrosion resistant hardware and photo-documented installation instructions. Installation videos, if available, are provided as a YouTube video on our site.

Perfect for protein shakes and coffee - one warning about getting it wet

Bought this to replace a similar handheld whisk I had been using for protein shakes and stirring extras into my morning coffee. At this price point I was not expecting much, and it has done exactly what I need - with one warning I will get to. I use this almost every morning. Two jobs: mixing a scoop of whey protein into water or milk so it actually dissolves (no clumps stuck to the side of the shaker), and stirring pre-workout powder or a flavor additive into my coffee. This is not a blender and I do not treat it like one. For small-volume mixing of powders into liquid, it is the right tool. WHAT WORKS - It does not over-froth or whip air into the drink. Some handheld whisks turn a protein shake into a foam mess. This one keeps the liquid liquid - it just dissolves the powder. That is the main reason I came back to this category. - No splashing, even with the cup near the brim. I can stir a nearly-full coffee mug without flicking liquid onto the counter. The previous one I owned could not do this. - One button. Runs as long as I hold it. A typical protein shake or coffee mix takes under ten seconds. - Easy to hand-wash. Rinse the whisk end, wipe the handle, back in the drawer. WHAT DOES NOT (the warning) - You cannot throw the whole thing in the sink with the rest of the dishes. The handle is not waterproof. We made this mistake exactly once - it got soaked, never worked again. At this price the loss was not a big deal, but it is the one thing I wish the listing made more obvious. Hand-clean the whisk end only, keep the handle dry. - Battery-powered. Replace the batteries when it starts feeling slow rather than waiting for it to fully die mid-shake. WHO IT IS FOR If you need a small-volume mixer for protein powder, coffee, hot chocolate, pre-workout, or anything where you are dissolving a powder into a single cup or shaker, this is the tool. If you want to blend smoothies or actually break down ingredients, buy a real immersion blender instead. Five stars. The wet-handle failure was my mistake, not the product's. Doing its job every morning - would buy again.
