- Durch die Verwendung der PEI beschichtete, gehärtete Federstahlplatte in Verbindung mit einer Magnetfolie, sind keine Druckbettklammern mehr notwenig, um die Druckplatte auf dem Druckbett zu fixieren.
- Nach dem Abkühlen der Druckplatte, kann diese entnommen und leicht, mehrere Male gebogen werden. Das Bauteil löst sich in vielen Fällen von selbst vom Druckbett.
- Bei der Verwendung mehrerer Federstahl Druckplatten, ist es nun möglich, die Druckplatte sofort zu entnehmen und eine weitere Wechsel-Druckplatte auf die Magnetfolie zu legen. Der nächste Druck kann sofort und ohne Warten gestartet werden.
Anleitung zur Montage
- Reinigen/Entfetten der feingefrästen Aluminium-Guss Platte (separat oder als Set erhältlich) (vorzugsweise Isopropanol 99%)
- Verklebung der Magnetfolie mit Hilfe der bereits angebrachten 3M Transferklebefolie auf die feingefräste Aluminium-Guss Platte (separat erhältlich)
- Die Magnetfolie hat ein leichtes Übermaß = für einen sauberen Übergang die überstehenden Seiten der Magnetfolie entlang der feingefrästen Aluminium Druckplatte mit einem Cuttermesser bündig abtrennen
- Fertig! Die PEI beschichtete, gehärtete Federstahlplatte wird nun durch die Magnetfolie an Ort und Stelle gehalten.

WICHTIG
Auf der PRINPLATE PEI darf kein PETG gedruckt werden. PETG geht eine zu starke Haftung mit der PEI Druckplatte ein. Beim Lösen des Bauteiles kann die PEI Beschichtung dauerhaft beschädigt werden.
Tipp
Magnete verlieren bei zunehmender Temperatur an Magnetkraft. Die Magnetfolie kann problemlos bis 110°C verwendet werden. Wir empfehlen jedoch, bei hohen Druckbetttemperaturen (ABS/ASA/PC) und Bauteilen, die eine hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit des Wärmeverzuges haben, zusätzlich Druckbettklammern zur Sicherheit zu verwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise:
- Die hier angebotene Silikonheizmatte darf NICHT selbstständig betrieben werden
- Für den Betrieb der hier angebotenen Silikonheizmatte ist eine entsprechende, dafür ausgelegte Steuerelektronik notwenig (3D Drucker Mainboard)
- Die Installation der hier angebotenen Silikonheizmatte muss von einer Fachkraft mit entsprechender Qualifizierung installiert, überprüft und abgenommen werden
- Die hier angebotene Silikonheizmatte darf nicht unbeaufsichtigt betrieben werden

Lovely and sturdy for what I needed!

We LOVE these shelving brackets! We were moving our books from our office space to turn that room into a nursery and I needed something that would be sturdy and off the floor since my books were moving to our living room. These are extremely sturdy, and also go with our curtain rods and other furniture that has this industrial style. The instructions for assembly are simple and easy to follow, I would just ensure you have an extra set of hands (this isn’t a one person job) we ordered the 3 pack, but ended up only needing the two for the space on the wall and they still hold the weight well.
Also this is a work in progress so please disregard that I don’t have the other two shelves here😂
Definitely a high quality and great looking alternative to some other brackets out there!

Takes time to install right.

Saw a few complaints about this product in the reviews before ordering but gave it a shot anyways. Took a little longer than I would have liked to install, but was only time consuming, not difficult. I made sure at least 2 screws on each base plate were into studs so it's more than sturdy. Hung each of the 3 brackets by 1 screw, marked the rest of the holes, took it back off the wall, installed anchors where needed, and finally screwed each back up fully. And for the people saying that the threads don't line up once snug, try switching out a fitting or pipe so it's a different thread mesh. If that doesn't work, just over tighten the fitting. Furthest one I pushed was nearly 3/4 of a turn past finger tight. I don't have a single loose connection on the whole shelf. My wife can't wait for us to go to lowes tomorrow for the wooden shelves to finish off the bookshelf this will be for her.

Such a good buy! High quality and easy to assemble. I will warn that hanging them is a little tricky (We read several reviews saying this and thought “they’re just dumb”, we were definitely wrong. I recommend installing/ attaching the middle level of plates first before attaching the tops and bottoms. It just made it easier for us to keep everything level throughout the process) but other than that very happy with this purchase! We hung three 12 inch boards inside and it added SO much storage and looks so nice! Definitely worth the money!
