Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer (Contains no fixative, 10X)

This product, Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer, is a solution used to lyse and remove enucleated red blood cells from fresh blood or tissue samples of humans, rats, mice and other species. Through formula optimization, it lyses red blood cells while hardly damaging lymphocytes or other nucleated cells. Under normal conditions, more than 80% of the total white blood cells in the sample can be obtained using this product, and cell viability is guaranteed to remain unaffected. The lysis buffer has undergone sterile treatment, and the isolated cell samples can be directly used for subsequent primary cell culture, cell fusion, flow cytometry sorting, as well as direct extraction of nucleic acids or proteins and various routine analyses and detections. The main component of this lysis buffer is ammonium chloride, and it contains no fixatives.
