Bij Chiussuma zijn de volumes zeker niet groot maar de verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit kunnen niet beter. De wijnen zijn één op één hun herkomst in een fles. Dit gedeelte is eenmaal niet heel bekend maar dit is de perfecte plek voor authentieke wijnen waar alles 100% Italiaans is. 

Beschrijving: Floraal, stenig, vettige structuur, beetje vuursteen, structuur, intens, sappig, goed om te karafferen.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde sardines, ceviche, vitello tonato, fazant in witte wijn saus, venkelsalade, artisjok van de BBQ.

Leuk weetje: Wat dit wijnhuis bijzonder maakt, is hun toewijding aan het herstellen van oude, verlaten wijngaarden. Ze doen vrijwel al het werk met de hand: snoeien, oogsten en het onderhoud, want op deze steile pergola-geleide hellingen kunnen geen machines komen.
