The TTSPORT Slim SL6S is a slim-profile 6-piston front big brake kit built for drivers who need real stopping power behind 15-inch and larger wheels. Forged aluminum calipers, staggered pistons, and a 285–295 mm two-piece rotor deliver firm pedal feel, strong bite, and repeatable stops on the street, canyon, and track day pit lane.
Two-piece forged aluminum body measures just 121.6 mm wide and 74.9 mm tall, helping it tuck behind tighter wheel designs that won't clear a deeper monoblock caliper.
28 mm, 30 mm, and 36 mm pistons (46.8 cm² total area) are sized front-to-rear across the pad to balance pressure, reduce taper wear, and sharpen modulation at the pedal.
One-piece heat-insulated pistons with dust boots slow heat transfer into the brake fluid, protecting pedal feel during repeated heavy stops.
Heat-treated high-carbon cast iron faces on CNC-machined aluminum hats. Internally vented, directional, left/right specific, with curved slot, grain, wave, or drilled-and-slotted face options.

The SL6S supports Ø285 mm and Ø295 mm front rotors, both 24 mm thick. The 295 mm option offers more thermal mass for heavier vehicles or repeated hard stops; the 285 mm option suits tighter wheel packages.
2 × SL6S forged 6-piston front calipers (left/right)
1 set high-temp performance brake pads for both front calipers
2 × Two-piece front rotors (Ø285 or Ø295 mm × 24 mm) with CNC aluminum hats
CNC carbon-steel caliper mounting brackets
Two CNC aluminum rotor hats
2 × Stainless-steel braided brake lines with vehicle-specific fittings
Mounting hardware is included.
Before ordering, confirm your wheels meet the SL6S clearance window. Tight wheel designs may require a 3–5 mm hub-centric spacer. Send us a wheel photo if you're unsure.
Wheel diameter 15 in or larger.
Minimum spoke clearance 75 mm from hub face.
The SL6S uses radial-mount vehicle-specific brackets and application-specific brake-line fittings. Contact us with your year, make, model, and trim before checkout so we ship the correct bracket and line set.
Caliper envelope: L 268.5 × W 121.6 × H 74.9 mm. Rotor envelope: Ø285 or Ø295 mm × 24 mm.
The kit requires a 15-inch or larger wheel with at least 75 mm of spoke clearance from the hub face. The caliper itself measures 268.5 × 121.6 × 74.9 mm. If you're unsure, send us a clear photo of your wheel's inner barrel and we'll confirm.
The SL6S supports Ø285 mm and Ø295 mm front rotors, both 24 mm thick. The 295 mm option offers more thermal mass for heavier vehicles or repeated hard stops; the 285 mm option suits tighter wheel packages.
The 28 / 30 / 36 mm piston layout sizes the bores across the pad face so leading and trailing edges see balanced clamp pressure. The result is more even pad wear and sharper modulation than a same-size 6-piston design.
Yes. The included pad has a 0–600 °C operating range and an average μ of 0.38, so it bites cold for daily driving and stays composed during spirited canyon or track-day use.

The SL6S is configured as a front-axle kit. For a balanced upgrade, pair it with a matching TTSPORT rear kit so brake bias stays correct.
